At NKs Snoring and Sleep Apnea centre, our specialists who are experienced in Sleep Medicine will evaluate you for sleep related problems. After a review of your medical and sleep history, we will start with an airway check, dental evaluation and recommend a sleep study (polysomnogram) that is appropriate to your needs.
An ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist will provide a thorough examination of the nose, mouth, throat, palate and neck, often using a fibreoptic scope. This examination will reveal if snoring or sleep apnea is caused by nasal abnormalities or due to any issues in the throat.
These diagnostics will reveal the type of sleep disorder. A tailor-made appropriate treatment will then be suggested for management of your sleep issues.
